This rock wall rises more than 1500m
above the valley between Chame and Pisang. It extends a long way out of the picture
to the left and is most impressive. There appears to be dry stone walls running up
it and buildings on the top but they are merely features in the rock.
It was very tempting, but you would need 'sticky
boots' for the bottom and crampons for the top - which we didn't have.
